In addition, this role collaborates with Program Leadership to promote and recommend strategies to enhance and/or grow physician services, establishes business plans, and monitors the overall performance of physician services. As part of the team, the Manager proactively conducts ongoing non-clinical programmatic assessments to assess the performance of key performance indicators (KPI). Bachelor's Degree Required Minimum 4 years management experience preferred. Skills/Abilities: Ability to assess, evaluate, explain, teach, problem solve using critical thinking; and perform calculations. Demonstrates excellent professional skills and utilization of AccentCare processes/protocols to meet patient needs and improve patient outcomes. Ability to learn new concepts and apply concepts Effective written and oral communication skills. Strong time management skills. Strong interpersonal skills.
