University of Utah Concert Donor Relations Representative in SALT LAKE CITY, Utah
Red Butte Garden is seeking candidates to assist with the Concert Donor Club program for the 2024 Outdoor Concert Series. Reporting to the Associate Director of Advancement, Concert Donor Relations Representatives are responsible for providing excellent guest service at Red Butte Garden outdoor summer concert series in our premium Donor area.Primary responsibilities will include but aren't limited to; greeting and directing guests, scanning tickets and wristbanding donors, setting up and take down before and after shows in the Donor area and reserved seats, assist guests with questions and hospitality needs, working with volunteers and assisting team members with the smooth and safe operation of the Donor area and entrance gate.
