Job Description
Looking for senior full stack Engineer with experience in custom built data warehousing projects, automation tools built using Java/Python and strong knowledge SQL/PL-SQL
BS or higher degree in Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent from top university
10+ years of successful distributed and scalable system software development experience, including exposure to range of technologies – Java, Python, ETL/DW technologies
Strong understanding of data structures, framework and experience building them with large-scale, complex data sets.
Experience in performance tuning SQL and understanding ETL pipelines
Build, Configure, Manage and Coordinate all Build and Release engineering activities
Ability to solve complex engineering problems and provide solutions
Excellent communication skills
Career Level - IC4
Responsibilities
As a member of the software engineering division, you will deliver on following responsibilities
Ownership of technical designs, code development, and component test execution to demonstrate alignment to the functional specification.
Provide technical leadership to other software developers. Specify, design and implement modest changes to existing software architecture to meet changing needs
Using configuration management and integration/build automation tools to lead and deploy Java/python code.
Design declarative data warehouse transformation rules/guidelines, for extraction/sourcing, loading and transformation
Use SQL queries/custom scripts in Python etc. for rapid prototyping data model/transforms
Ability to work in an extremely fast paced and challenging, global environment
