CACI is seeking a mid-level Analyst to support All-Source related technical research in support of the Technical Information & Insight (TI2) Branch at the C5ISR Center on Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland. This role provides direct support to the US Army’s Science and Technology community, providing insight on emerging threat technologies related to Unmanned Systems / Unmanned Arial Systems (UxS / UAS), Improvised Explosive Device (IED) and illuminating associated supply chain connections and vulnerabilities.

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Conduct all-source research, to include scientific and technical analysis of intelligence data on current and emerging commercial technologies and improvised threats related UxS/UAS/IED technologies to advise and assist the S&T community on developing counter UxS (C-UxS) and counter-IED (C-IED) Tactics Techniques and Procedures (TTPs) and equipment for possible immediate through long-term needs and requirements.

  • Conduct open-source research in accordance with Army regulations, leveraging specialized tools and databases to provide timely and relevant information to the customer.

  • Assess system and component criticality, identify critical suppliers, conduct supply chain threat and vulnerability assessments, map supply chains, and provide comprehensive technical products and risk mitigation recommendations to stakeholders.

  • Develop information and technical support documents, summaries, reports, presentations, and other designated products in support of customer requirements.

  • Ability to travel CONUS and OCONUS (to include possible conflict areas) on short notice in support of command priorities/mission requirements.

  • Perform all functional duties independently.

Required Qualifications:

  • Current and Active TS/SCI Security Clearance.

  • Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience or an Associate’s Degree and six (6) years of relevant experience

  • Military Intelligence MOS background, preferably All-Source (35F, 1N0, IS, 0231) and have completed formal military intelligence training/school.

  • Knowledge and ability to perform research and analysis on the latest Commercial Based Technologies (CBT), including emerging Technologies, that could be used by advisories and articulate vulnerabilities in the various supplies used to developed CBTs.

  • Research unclassified and classified databases for use in written products.

  • Present, discuss, and defend assessments to intelligence community and technical community.

  • Ability to generate/provided specialized analytical products.

  • Proficient in utilizing standard MS Office computer applications and intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product development.

  • Possess strong research, analytical, and writing skills as well as briefing skills to include the ability to clearly articulate information to different audiences.

  • Capable of effectively operating as a member of an analytical team from a remote location in support of CJOA requirements.

  • Experience providing intelligence support regarding issues within the CENTCOM AOR or other specific COCOMs.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Basic Open-Source Intelligence (OS301) and Advanced Open-Source Intelligence (OS302) or service/agency equivalent.

  • Experience with global emerging technology analysis and supply chain risk management research in accordance with Department of Defense (DoD) Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) standards.

  • Research, author, and coordinate threat assessments to support the Commander and/or leaders in the U.S. civilian intelligence community.

  • Assist with development and maintenance of analytical policies and procedures.

  • Possess strong research and analytical skills, as well as briefing to convey ideas, facts, assessments, estimates, or projections to a variety of policy, programmatic, operational, and Intelligence Community (IC) personnel.

  • Experience in conducting functional analyses of commercial base technology devices (specifically RCIED and UAS).

  • Experience working with engineering or technical partners on joint technical products.

  • Network Analysis on the latest Commercial Based Technologies (CBT), including emerging Technologies, that could be used by advisories and articulate vulnerabilities.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$68,400 - 143,700 USD
