Waste Connections Residential CDL Driver in Acworth, Georgia
Waste Connections has an immediate opening for a Residential CDL Truck Driver to join the team in Acworth, GA.
Our CDL Driver will operate a garbage truck on a specified route. We seek individuals with a leadership mentality and desire to grow with promotional opportunities in this role.

Pay Rate: $23.85-$25.00/hr plus approximately 10 or so hours of overtime weekly.
(Overtime is time and a half after 40 hrs)
Schedule: 5:45am start time averaging approximately 10 hours per day.
Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Maintain safe and efficient operations of solid waste collection truck.
Dump all containers and leave the customer’s location clean and free of debris.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and complete daily work sheet.
Follows route assignments and completes all documentation when checking in at end of the day.
Participate in all scheduled training, briefings, and meetings as required.
Job Requirements –
Valid Class A or B CDL with air brakes endorsement as a minimum.
Clean Driving Record.
Ability to lift at least 50lbs repeatedly.
Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
