Description We are in search of a meticulous HR Generalist to become a part of our team in the manufacturing industry located in Aiken, South Carolina. As an HR Generalist, you will be accountable for handling payroll processing, aiding in employee relations, and participating in recruitment activities. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Assisting with employee relations and addressing any issues that may arise.
• Processing payroll using ADP and ensuring accuracy in all payroll related matters.
• Contributing to recruitment efforts, including interviewing potential candidates.
• Usage of ADP Workforce Now and other financial services to streamline HR processes.
• Compliance with FMLA and other legal requirements to ensure company standards are met.
• Utilization of ATS for efficient management and transfer of data.
• Leveraging communication skills to effectively interact with employees and address their concerns.
• Ensuring all payroll functions are carried out efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Maintaining accurate employee records and processing benefit functions.
• Using Ceridian and Dayforce for HR and payroll related tasks. Requirements • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now
• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
• Capability to use Ceridian software
• Experienced in Dayforce utilization
• Understanding of Benefit Functions in HR
• Excellent Communication skills
• Knowledge of Compliance regulations in manufacturing industry
• Ability to handle Employee Relations
• Familiarity with FMLA regulations and procedures
• Experience in Interviewing potential candidates
• Proficiency in Full Cycle Payroll processes
• Understanding of Payroll Functions in HR
