Volt Management Corp. Sales Support Specialist in Airway Heights, Washington

Volt is immediately hiring for a Sales Support Specialist in Spokane, WA. Position Type: Full Time (Contract) Duration: Contract to Hire As a Sales Support Specialist you will: Perform a variety of tasks associated in first identifying a specific customer's parts requirements for secondary packaging equipment from rough verbal descriptions through researching their system blueprints / CAD drawings and then coordinating and tracking build or purchasing activities to ensure the customer parts requirements are accurate and delivered on time. You will process orders, prepare correspondence and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have: Strong grammatical skills with the ability to appropriately communicate via email or phone. Electrical/Mechanical Parts Knowledge. Ability to effectively prioritize workflow in a fast paced environment. Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of departments and team members at all levels with a tactful, professional, energetic and positive approach. Requires an Associate's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field, preferably manufacturing and/or the packaging industry. Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service, call center or related area.
