Cilantro Thai Inc. seeks Chef, Thai and Japanese Cuisine in Akron, OH to perform the following duties: Prepare and cook authentic Thai and Japanese cuisine. Set up and stock kitchen stations with all necessary supplies. Prepare food for services (e.g. chopping vegetables, meat, etc). Clean up station and maintain cleanliness. Ensure food comes out in high quality and timely fashion Ensure proper sanitation and food quality standards are met. Minimum Requirements: Requires 2 years of experience as chef of Asian cuisine preparation in restaurant setting.
