[Under general supervision and in accordance with funding source regulations and agency/program guidelines responsibilities include: conduct customer assessment, intake and eligibility determination for emergency services (i.e. food, clothing, rent/mortgage assistance, vision/dental assistance, household items and seasonal gift baskets) and rental, mortgage and utility assistance; leverage community resources; provide referrals on other related agency and community services; collect and enter customer information into online portal; type and/or prepare correspondence as required; collect and maintain data and prepare program reports; participate in Neighborhood Development initiatives; attend and assist with community group meetings and other related events; some evening/weekend hours required (i.e. tenant councils, neighborhood block clubs, city ward, public town hall etc.); attention to detail; customer service skills; perform other related duties as assigned]{helvetica",="" sans-serif"=""}

[Completion of an Associate Degree in social services, social work, community services technology or related field; and at least one (1) year work experience in human/social services (i.e. client assessment, intake, eligibility determination, community resources leveraging, community organizing etc.); computer aptitude (Microsoft Applications); possession of valid State of Ohio Driver's License and transportation.
