ALTA TRANSPORTATION CDL B Truck Driver in Alamosa, Colorado
POSITION: CDL B Truck Driver
MUSTS: Must have a CDL A or B with hazmat and tanker endorsements. Two years experience Must have good driving record. Must be able to climb, lift up to 100 pounds, drive for sustained periods of time. Must pass drive test prior to employment offer. Pass required MVR and DOT pre-employment testing and background check.
SKILLS: Ability to drive in mountain conditions, maintain a good driving record, ability to maintain DOT logs, and ability to communicate clearly with dispatch and others.
DUTIES: Transport fuel, load and unload fuel, maintain proper paperwork and DOT paperwork, and other related duties. At World Fuel Services, our drivers are the key to our success. Tank Wagon drivers operate a straight truck carrying petroleum products to our customers. We are currently seeking experienced CDL B drivers to join our team in Alamosa, CO.
WAGES: Starting pay $23/hr. For dayshift + $2.50 for swing/nightshift Additional $1.00/hr. with one year of fuel experience Performance Bonus $5,000 Earn Your First Year Day Shift Average (with 1 year fuel experience) - $1,320 Weekly / $73,640 Annually Swing/Night Shift (with 1 year fuel experience) - $1,457 Weekly / $80,790 Annually

JOB TO START: As soon as possible.
DURATION: Permanent position averaging 40 to 50 hours weekly.
SHIFT: Days Tuesday - Saturday 6am - 4pm
Work Environment: Majority of time spent driving a semi, with some outdoor work in various weather conditions, and limited amount of time in office conditions.
