CRM Senior Solutions Architect needed; Central New Mexico Community College, Albuquerque, NM Duties: Under the direct supervision of the Director of Application Support: design and develop enterprise level Salesforce software, focused on delivering robust business solutions leveraging cloud-computing platforms; act as primary application development design to extract or import data, apply upgrades and patches, interact with vendor customer solutions as needed, as well as creating and maintaining automated processes ensuring the ability of multiple departments to access Central New Mexico Community College (CNM) Salesforce solution; work with Business Analysts and be the technical architect and senior developer on the design and implementation of a global Salesforce system; responsible for the technical design for the integration of the Customer Relations Management system with other enterprise applications.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree Information Technology or directly related to the scope of duties, and three (3) years of related work experience, which must include two (2) years of development experience on a Salesforce platform and one (1) year of programming experience.
