As our future Tender & Pricing Manager you will lead the team responsible for tender and contract management, and pricing policy execution.
What you will do:
You will maintains highest levels of engagement across all teams and supports them with their development.
You will drive the Stryker culture, mission and values in all team meetings in the region.
You will lead and drive cross divisional engagement and collaboration opportunities.
You will drive effective implementation and compliance to end to end tender processes.
You will guarantee the effective execution of the annual pricing calendar activities with the divisions.
You will develop and maintaining solid relationships with key tender authority customers.
You will leverage current resource and technology capabilities across the region and share best practices.
Together with the divisions, you will develop commercial models for customers and Indirect Channels.
You will drive contract compliance visibility with effective tools, and proactively engage with the divisions and commercial teams to measure and action contract compliance performance.
Who you are:
You have a Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Finance, or other related area.
You have a minimum of 10+ years of relevant working experience in pricing, tenders and contracts.
You have ideally, experience in people management, either as a team leader or senior specialist, driving improvement and engagement among team members.
You can influence and communicate at a senior level (internally and externally).
You have an excellent understanding of end to end tender, contract and pricing processes.
You have experience in developing and deploying tools an advantage.
You are highly organized with structured project management skills.
