Stryker Tenders & Pricing Manager (Iberia) in Alcobendas, Spain

As our future Tender & Pricing Manager you will lead the team responsible for tender and contract management, and pricing policy execution.

What you will do:

  • You will maintains highest levels of engagement across all teams and supports them with their development.

  • You will drive the Stryker culture, mission and values in all team meetings in the region.

  • You will lead and drive cross divisional engagement and collaboration opportunities.

  • You will drive effective implementation and compliance to end to end tender processes.

  • You will guarantee the effective execution of the annual pricing calendar activities with the divisions.

  • You will develop and maintaining solid relationships with key tender authority customers.

  • You will leverage current resource and technology capabilities across the region and share best practices.

  • Together with the divisions, you will develop commercial models for customers and Indirect Channels.

  • You will drive contract compliance visibility with effective tools, and proactively engage with the divisions and commercial teams to measure and action contract compliance performance.​

Who you are:

  • You have a Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Finance, or other related area.

  • You have a minimum of 10+ years of relevant working experience in pricing, tenders and contracts.

  • You have ideally, experience in people management, either as a team leader or senior specialist, driving improvement and engagement among team members.

  • You can influence and communicate at a senior level (internally and externally).

  • You have an excellent understanding of end to end tender, contract and pricing processes.

  • You have experience in developing and deploying tools an advantage.

  • You are highly organized with structured project management skills.

  • Internal applicants with an equivalent combination of education, experience and performance over time at Stryker will be considered.
