Emerson Tier 1 Project Coordinator (3 months) in ALCOBENDAS, Spain

As a Tier 1 Project Coordinator , you will act as the main point of contact with customers, internal sales teams and hubs during project execution. In addition, you will own small project execution process for orders with low complexity related to instrumentation, transmitters and valves.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Take ownership for customers’ orders and handle them into the sales order processing system ensuring all data is checked and accurate.

  • Lead the communication with all involved parties.

  • Be the single point of contact after sales, keeping customers informed of potential order issues.

  • Monitor profitability and pricing uplift during execution and ensure that activities are carried out in line with project requirements and procedures.

  • Deal with customers disputes and Trade Compliance.

You establish and maintain effective customer relationships. You provide timely and helpful information to individuals across the organization. You display a can-do attitude in good and bad times.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Experience in an order handling and customer facing role.

  • Understanding of project management principles.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • English language proficiency (written/read/spoken).

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Technical background.

  • Experience working in an ERP system (Oracle preferred).

  • Experience working in a matrix organization.
