Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be tasked with performing repairs and preventive maintenance on various food processing equipment. This role involves mechanical and electrical repairs, machinery breakdown for cleaning, and machinery startup. Your responsibilities will also include working within a CMMS system to manage PMs and work orders. You will engage in limited troubleshooting during non-operational hours at night.

Hard Skills

  • Experience with pneumatics, power transmission, pulleys, chains, sprockets, drives, motors, conveyors

  • Experience or familiarity with control voltage; 24V and 3 phase up to 480V

Soft Skills

  • Ability to follow strict GMPs daily

  • Adaptability to work in a refrigerated environment

Job Type

This is a permanent position.

Work Environment

The facility is a food manufacturing plant which operates in a refrigerated environment. Strict adherence to GMPs is required. The position is for the 2nd shift, from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM. Gowns and steel-toed boots will be provided, although you have the option to bring your own basic tools. Orientation and GMP training will be provided on your first day.
