Assist in maintaining boilers, chiller systems, air compressors, cooling towers, wastewater treatment systems, etc. Conduct preventative maintenance and troubleshooting Properly monitor facilities in accordance with state regulations Complete rounds every two hours, checking for issues with machinery Organize and maintain inventory Develop departmental standard operating procedures Maintain GMP and non-GMP equipment history files to develop preventative and predictive maintenance programs Ensure compliance with quality procedures Maintain plant cleanliness and organization Participate in emergency coverage as needed
