Job Title: Autonomous Systems Software EngineerJob Description

Seize the opportunity to develop groundbreaking software using advanced AR/VR and Autonomous Systems technology aimed at saving lives in defense applications. We are seeking a motivated computer engineer to design, develop, and integrate autonomous ground vehicle system components within an Unreal Engine based simulation environment. This role focuses on supporting the U.S. Army Ground Vehicle System Center (GVSC) through software used in R&D labs to develop and test autonomy algorithms and evaluate their performance.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Alexandria, Virginia and some days remote.

Work Environment

Join a team of 5-6 engineers with direct interfaces with the Army during software integration and delivery efforts. The worksite offers a hybrid setup with 2-3 days per week onsite in Alexandria, with the potential for more remote work options and monthly travel to Aberdeen.
