The Building People, LLC, has a position open for CMMS Business Objects Developer (Web Intelligence).
Develop, create, and modify general computer applications software or specialized utility programs.
Analyze user needs and develop software solutions.
Design software or customize software for client use to optimize operational efficiency.
Analyzes and designs databases within an application area, working individually or coordinating database development as part of a team.
Enhancing business intelligence system to drive informed decision-making
Bachelors degree from an accredited University or College
5 yrs of experience supporting large 1500-2000 user program
CMMS Upgrade experience
Experience with enterprise Onsite Integrated Project Team supporting a CMMS
Experience supporting supply chain, material order, procurement & inventory with a CMMS
Prior Federal Government experience
Experienced with large onsite project involving multiple contractors.

Operate within a NIST 800-171 compliant security environment internally and able to support all client-required cyber security data and operational processes. Value and protect company, colleague, and customer data.
Operate within a home office environment that provides adequate workspace and high-speed internet connectivity.
