We are seeking an experiencedFinancial Analyst Support who has a proven track record of accuracy, attention to detail, and keen eye for discovering trends in the data.

Position Summary:

The Financial Analyst Supportrole will provide specialized financial analysis and support services to our customer. Tasks include financial reporting, forecasting, reconciliation, financial modeling, risk assessment, market research, compliance, and communication.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Analyze financial documents, identify trends and variances, and reconcile, financial records in coordination with Financial Management (FM) Points of Contact (POCs).

  • Assist in developing budgets and forecast, monitor performance against budgets, and explain variances.

  • Create models to evaluate investments, assess performance, and project financial forecasting.

  • Develop strategies to identify, categorize and prioritize financial risks, and assist in developing mitigation strategies.

  • Conduct market research to support acquisition opportunities and assist Program Managers (PMs) in financial decision- making.

  • Ensure compliance with laws and standards and support Financial Improvement and Audit Remediation (FIAR) activities.

  • Create reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field, and 2-4 years of professional experience.

  • Preferred: Prior experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting.

  • Proficiency in analyzing financial data using Excel, Power BI, or other tools.

  • Ability to work with numbers, analyze trends, and interpret financial data.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting and presenting findings.

  • Ability to identify risks, propose solutions, and make informed decisions.
