We are seeking an experiencedProject Managerwho has a proven track record of accuracy, attention to detail, and keen eye for discovering trends in the data.
Position Summary:
TheProject Managermanages and coordinates project activities to ensure objectives are met within set timeframes. The position requires tracking project progress, analyzing performance metrics, and maintaining comprehensive documentation to support decision-making and project oversight.
Responsibilities may include:
Provide management and oversight of employees assigned to contract services.
Create custom surveys using DAU tools to derive survey requirements based on high-level goals.
Support ad hoc data calls with trend analysis on labor hours, scheduling, mission assistance activities, and survey data.
Integrate data from DAU business systems (OTL, MAS, AWAR, CSOD, Qlik, OneNote) into management reports.
Attend DAU-CNE Customer Liaison Officer coordination meetings and capture meeting minutes.
Provide recommendations for additional customer information management areas beneficial for DAU-CNE customer relationship objectives.
Collaborate with Associate Dean for Outreach and Mission Assistance (ADOMA) to recommend improvements in Mission Assistance survey processes.
Qualifications:
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, management, or related discipline).
Minimum 3 years of experience in contract management, administrative support, or survey coordination
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Qualtrics, and Qlik platforms.
Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and time management.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Analytical mindset for survey data interpretation.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting and presenting findings.
Ability to identify risks, propose solutions, and make informed decisions.
