What’s Encouraged Daily

  • Fully understanding the design datasheet.

  • Study and learn the circuit design in detail.

  • Understand the functionality and timing requirements of the circuitry.

  • Own and drive new circuit function verification plan, task breakdown, and execution, silicon debugging support. Lead the team to achieve project schedule and deliverables.

  • Develop patterns and regressions to increase the function coverage for all DRAM architectures and features.

  • Provide support to design engineers, debug failures, handle bug tracking, and close coverage.

  • Co-work with international colleagues on developing new verification tools and flows to tackle the verification difficulties.

  • Develop and maintain test benches and test vectors using digital and analog simulation tools.

  • Define and develop new verification flow, methodology to improve verification coverage and efficiency. Enable AI in functional and timing verification.

  • Work with cross-functional group to define and develop DFT patterns.

What Sets You Apart (a plus)

  • Fluency in verification languages (System Verilog or equivalent) and methodologies (UVM or equivalent)

  • Experience defining coverage strategy and writing coverage model.

  • Basic understanding of CMOS circuit design

  • Familiar with analog/digital simulation tools, i.e., HSPICE, VerilogHDL, Primesim

  • Experience in SV, VPI coding, UVM Test Bench

  • Previous work experience in DRAM memory related fields

  • Experience with SystemVerilog Assertion (SVA) is a plus.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey sophisticated technical concepts to other verification peers.

How To Qualify

  • 7+ years BS or 5+ years of MS experience in Electrical Engineer or Computer Engineering

  • Experience in function verification and timing analysis with mixed signal design.

  • Good debugging and problem-solving skills

  • Must possess excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
