Robert Half Talent Solutions is representing a leading organization that is seeking a dedicated Financial Analyst in the Health Pharm/Biotech industry, located in ALLENTOWN, Pennsylvania. This role is pivotal in performing financial and decision support analysis to enhance the decision-making process across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Publishing monthly P& L as well as business and financial indicators to Senior Leadership team.

• Extracting data from various tools and transforming into analysis.

• Providing financial analysis and insights into expansion decisions and key investment decisions.

• Developing operating budget, performing variance analysis, and utilizing results to inform forecast.

• Supporting various strategic analysis projects aimed at improving P& L and cash flow.

• Participating on project teams providing financial support and representing Finance and Accounting requirements as needed.

• Coordinating and consolidating data for all Actual and Forecast cycles across the organization.

• Leading department reviews during financial close cycles.

• Focusing on data and analytics to identify insights of key business drivers and decision points.

• Assisting with financial reports and presentations (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually).

• Maintaining a high degree of confidentiality and abiding by all HIPAA rules and regulations.

Requirements • Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Financial Analyst, preferably in the Health Pharm/Biotech industry

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required

• Demonstrated experience with CapEx, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, and ERP Solutions

• Familiarity with Great Plains (GPAC) and About Time software

• Experience with Accounting Functions, Budget Processes, and Expense Reporting is essential

• Must have a solid understanding of Finance principles and Workday ERP

• Knowledge of Lawson software is beneficial

• Prior experience in the HealthCare Industry is a plus

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is required

• Must possess a high level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
