SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST - Private Equity Backed Healthcare Company in Alpharetta
My client, a private equity backed company in the healthcare space, is searching for a Senior Financial Analyst to join their team for an immediate, direct-hire opportunity. This role is based in Alpharetta, Georgia, and will require you to work in-office for 3 days a week. Position Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct progressive financial planning, analysis, and modeling.
Maintain high proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and ideally with NetSuite, though this is not a requirement.
Show a strong understanding of GAAP accounting standards.
Demonstrate the ability to think strategically at both an enterprise level and at a granular level, often leveraging the details to derive strategic insights.
Showcase strong communication skills (verbal, written, interpersonal).
Exhibit high level of organization and strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Take the initiative in engaging with cross-functional teams to solve problems.
Act as a team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and influence relationships throughout all levels of the organization.
Display creativity and innovative thinking in a fast-paced environment.
Perform Ad Hoc Analysis and Ad Hoc Financial Analysis.
Carry out Budgeting and Forecasting.
Execute Financial Analysis and KPI Reporting.
Manage Financial Reporting and Financial Planning.
Oversee Financial Planning & Analysis (FP& A) and Financial Modeling.
Use Microsoft Power BI and Power BI for data visualization and analysis.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, and other business related field of study
Masters degree highly preferred
Must have proven experience in the role of a Financial Analyst/Manager within the Healthcare, Hospitals, or Social Assistance industry
Strong skills in Ad Hoc Analysis and Ad Hoc Financial Analysis are required
Proficiency in Budgeting and Budgeting-Forecasting is essential
Should demonstrate the ability to conduct detailed Financial Analysis
Experience with KPI Reporting and Financial Reporting is necessary
Must have skills in Financial Planning and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP& A)
Expertise in Financial Modeling is crucial
Proficiency in using NetSuite is an advantage
Should be skilled in using Microsoft Power BI and Power BI
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
