We are seeking a Client Service Associate who wants to work in a locally owned wealth management firm that is quickly growing and looking for the right fit for both us and for you. We are a competent, close knit group that are passionate about helping our clients achieve their financial and personal goals. In addition to clients, we collaborate with their families, outside professionals, and anyone else that might have an impact on their lives. The Client Service Associate position is a crucial role within our organization and serves as the face of the firm for everyone that comes in the door and is spoken to over the phone.

Job responsibilities:

• Oversee and mange our client service process

  • Submit cash raise request as needed and help facilitate the transfer of client’s funds as needed

  • Identify accounts that needing trades submitted

  • Maintain the master office operations calendar

  • Schedule client meetings

  • Text/call/email clients as needed

  • Identify service gaps

  • Work with others to prepare for client meetings

  • Initiate and process action items from meetings

  • Look for solutions

  • Share your ideas

  • Open and close office

  • Answer phones, greet clients and other professionals as they come into the office

  • Coordinate client events

  Requirements

  • Altruistic

  • Personable and thoughtful with attention to detail

  • Organized

  • Process oriented

  • Experience in a professional environment

  • General knowledge of the financial industry

  • Bachelors degree or higher preferred
