TEKsystems is looking for a SQL Database Administrator.
Description:
TEKsystems is needing someone who is strong in troubleshooting and optimizing SQL servers. This person needs to be comfortable in profiler, identifying and addressing query performance problems, and thoroughly understanding indexing strategies and their impact on performance. The focus is on advanced performance tuning and problem-solving rather than routine administrative tasks like backups and restores.
Top Skills Details:
5 years of troubleshooting and optimizing SQL servers
5 years support/troubleshooting
5 years well versed within coding, reverse engineering, and T-SQL
Work Environment:
5 days onsite in Amarillo, TX. Open to relocation candidates, but prefer someone already in Amarillo.
Contract Type:
This can be a contract to hire or a DP depending on the right consultant.
