Amherst. Reinhart Enterprises. Landscape/Lawncare Crew Leader and Crew Members. $17 - $25/hour.
Wage: $17-25. Negotiable dependent upon experience and knowledge. Description: This individual is responsible for working with a team of landscape laborers to perform landscape maintenance and install services for our expansive customer base. This individual must possess the ability to communicate effectively with teammates to complete jobs to the full scope and standard of our company.
Requirements: * Teamwork oriented. * Service as a strong and charismatic team member. * Customer service oriented attitude and professional manner. * Skillful in operating 2-cycle & 4-cycle equipment including line trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers, bed and sidewalk edgers, tillers, sod cutters, and chainsaws, to name a few. * Proven dedication to high quality work and knowledge of landscape maintenance, cleanups, and installation. * Proper utilization of pruning and planting techniques in addition to strong plant identification skills. * Able to operate a heavy-duty truck, bobcat, and mini excavator a plus. * Ability to pull a trailer confidently. * Snow removal and ice control experience. * Work collaterally the Landscape Operations Manager. * Must have a valid drivers license.
