A leading manufacturer of aerospace parts, is seeking an experienced and dedicated Warehouse and Shipping Lead to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse and shipping activities, ensuring the efficient, accurate, and timely handling and shipment of products. salary: $21 - $26 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 9 AM - 5:30 PM
education: No Degree Required
Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and inventory management.
Ensure optimal organization and layout of the warehouse to maximize space and efficiency.
Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to ensure accurate stock levels.
Perform regular inventory audits and cycle counts.
Oversee the preparation and execution of all shipping and receiving operations.
Ensure all outgoing shipments are correctly packed, labeled, and documented.
Coordinate with carriers and logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
Resolve any shipping or receiving issues in a timely manner.
