Boehringer Ingelheim Project Coordinator - Marketing (External) in Amsterdam, Netherlands

THE OPPORTUNITY

As Project Coordinator - Marketing for Cardio-Renal-Metabolic (CRM) you will be the first contact for project related topics as well as customer-initiated questions from the Field-force.

Furthermore, you will perform diverse and complex administrative tasks to support the Business Unit’s operational & commercial activities. Additionally, you might be responsible for maintaining adequate cross-functional overview of activities and brand budget status and effectively communicate about these topics to the relevant business partners.

We are looking for a person with a high level of proactivity, lots of energy and willingness to learn.

The work location is Amsterdam EDGE Building . You will report directly to the Marketing Team Leader.

Please note that for this position, a 1 year agency contract is being offered.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate specific marketing projects & activities e.g., mailings, advertisement, agency contact, coordination of promotional and non-promotional materials.

• Logistic and administrative support for meetings / congresses, booth materials, venue & catering (internal & external).

• Support on KPI analysis and reporting.

• Support accurate financial management. Maintain overview of invoices, PO’s, commitments, planned activities & regularly provide updates to budget owners.

• Manage facility related tasks e.g., ensure availability of office supplies, guest management, parcel and postal delivery.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TEAM

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or similar (preferred).

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or pharmaceutical industry (preferred).

• Excellent command of Dutch and English language.

• Demonstrated project management skills and able to manage multiple tasks at the same time.

• Strong planning and time management skills.

• Able to keep oversight & setting priorities.

• High energy, accountable, result-oriented, and innovative mind-set.

• A positive, proactive attitude and strong communication skills.
