Built in 1805, the American Hotel is the only surviving "Hotel" in Angelica, NY and boasts a full service dining room and cozy tap room.
The American House & Hotel is looking for a creative line cook to work in the kitchen of this highly-reviewed Family restaurant.
Requirements: - Responsibilities include prep work and line work. - Menu development on an ongoing basis. - Creation of daily specials. - Minimum one year restaurant cooking experience required. - Baking experience a plus. - Inventory Control - Maintain Equipment Must Be Dependable, Trust Worthy with good work ethic.
Pay depends on experience.
