Vestil Manufacturing Material Handler in Angola, Indiana
Duties include the loading and unloading of products on to trucks. When not performing Loader/Material Handler job, employee will assist others and help maintain cleanliness of aisles, walkways and docks along with packaging of orders.
Job Responsibilities:
- Labeling and tagging of finished product for loading freight
- Must have ability to load freight in drop trailers and live load shipments
- Will perform check off of product for accuracy as product is loaded
- Wrapping product using wrapping machine
- Weighing and measuring of finished product
- Use of a tape measure and scale
- Will be responsible in the assistance of maintaining I beam stock in quick ship
- Assembly of stock items and kits as necessary using basic hand tools
- Assist with inventory counts as needed
