Summary
Your primary purpose in this newly developed position will be to provide administrative support to the school's research office and to the Associate Dean for Research (ADR).

Responsibilities*
Organize and schedule internal meetings.
Schedule research office events, including finding space, ordering food, arranging flights, hotels, and transportation.
Send out emails and surveys to faculty to obtain information or to request action on items.
Gather information for faculty news announcements from the team and submit.
Maintain several spreadsheets used to track items such as postdocs, internal awards, indirect cost exceptions.
Set up zoom sessions or meetings that require outside participation.
Help to coordinate the necessary documents for grant applications.
Maintain Other Support documents for faculty.
Required Qualifications*
Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
1+ years of experience using calendar systems and scheduling Zoom meetings
