Decisive Point Consulting Group, LLC Senior Engineer (Cyber) in Annapolis Junction, Maryland
Essential Functions:
Cyber Security and development expertise to design, test, implement, and manage safeguards against cyberattacks of the system to include: Identify, mitigate, and resolve vulnerabilities within existing security systems.
Work directly with penetration testers to perform penetration tests and assess potential security problems. Develop organization wide security measures.
Prepare performance reports and communicate system status to keep users and leadership informed. Maintain quality service by following organization standards, attending educational workshops for increased technical knowledge, and reviewing publications.
Required Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent. DoD 8570.01-m IAM Level III or IASAE Level III.
Experience with embedded system vulnerability development.
9+ years of experience that aligns with the essential functions listed above.
Clearance Required - TS/SCI
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working within a Scrum team or agile environment.
