What You’ll Get to Do:

Responsible for the coordination and support of marketing communications and initiatives of the AEA products. Create various marketing material such as presentations and/or videos using 508 compliance standards. Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications. Work closely with products owners and SMEs to design and implement effective marketing communications to customers. Coordinate marketing efforts with other Outreach activities. Provide ongoing engagement with customers and build strategic relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

Analyze consumer behavior to create measurable marking campaign easily

reported to stakeholders

Design, communicate, and implement strategies to engage all levels of stakeholders or targeted groups

Have an understanding of the limitations of marketing within the government.

Working knowledge of media types (Print / Email / Video / Digital) and an understanding of which is best to maximize ROI by campaign.

Possess strong project and time management skills

Coordinate with stakeholders about messaging, priorities, outcomes, and short and long term goals

Provide measurable insights about the effectiveness of campaigns that are

easy to translate into reports

Adobe Creative Suite 2018+ Highly Proficient: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Bonus: Premiere Pro, Audition, After Effect, Dreamweaver/HTML

Widows 360 PowerPoint, Word, Outlook

Must be able to create campaigns in different mediums and understand the effectiveness of each for the optimal ROI

Understanding of the limitations of deliverables within the government and advise stakeholders with the best options.

Creative thinker and provide outstanding customer service.

Branding, understanding the processes and standards

Strong typography skills

Complete understanding of designing across different media for 508 compliance and the importance maintaining the highest standards.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

Ten (10) years of demonstrated experience in marketing initiatives. Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business related field from an accredited college or university is required. Four (4) years of additional marketing experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree. Candidates must be willing to work at customer site.

Experience or familiarity with AEA tools is preferred.

$99,800 - $219,600
