CACI is hiring a Systems Administrator to support our customer in Annapolis Junction, MD!
What You’ll Get to Do
Provides technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, and/or systems hardware and software
Interpret requests from customers and schedule their conferences using Cisco conferencing configuration tools.
Modifies and adds endpoints/rooms to existing conferences
Coordinates testing with meeting hosts during defined timeframes
Schedules VTC calls for global customer base
Performs VTC resource conflict resolution
Coordinates resource availability with conference participants
You’ll Bring These Qualifications
No demonstrated experience is required.
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of SA experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree.

$55,500 - $111,100
