WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION: Accurately and efficiently process cash applications, ensuring posting and allocation of funds. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to cash applications. Collaborate with internal teams to identify and effectively implement operational enhancements. Maintain strict adherence to company policies and procedures regarding cash application. Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external individuals and teams. YOU HAVE: Experience in cash application is required. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with a high degree of accuracy. Proficient in using software and tools, such as ERP systems and Excel. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams.
