Job Title: MIG Welder
Job Description
We are seeking a highly dedicated MIG Welder for a fast-paced production environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for Pulse (MIG) welding on mild steel throughout the day, utilizing weld fixtures and weld symbols to complete units within a set timeframe. On average, our welders perform 2,000-2,500 welds per day, with a focus on consistent cosmetic welding. The role involves loading metal onto fixtures, welding one part of the unit, unloading the completed unit, and passing it along to the next welder. Please note that productivity is measured by the weld cell, not the individual welder.
2nd Shift: 3:30pm-2am Monday-Thursday

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Anoka, Minnesota.
Work Environment
This role is based in a manufacturing facility that is not air-conditioned and can get hot. The role involves bending, twisting, and lifting throughout the day. It's important to note our strict attendance policy: more than four attendance occurrences in six months, including absences or tardiness, can lead to disciplinary action. Any attendance issues within the first 30 days may result in termination. The successful candidate will need to wear a weld helmet, gloves, weld jacket, steel-toe boots, and ear plugs for safety.
