Robert Half Customer Service Representative in Apex, North Carolina
Description We are in search of a Customer Service Representative to become a part of our machinery and worktools industry team, based in Apex, North Carolina. In this role, you will be primarily dealing with customer inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and processing applications. This position offers a long term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Efficiently handle inbound and outbound customer calls
• Provide exemplary customer service in a call center environment
• Accurately enter customer data and order entries
• Maintain and update customer records with high precision
• Manage email correspondence with customers professionally
• Use Microsoft Excel and Word for various tasks
• Coordinate and schedule appointments as per the requirement. Requirements • Proven experience in Answering Inbound Calls in a timely and detail-oriented manner.
• Previous experience in a Call Center Customer Service role is essential.
• Must demonstrate excellent Customer Service skills and the ability to handle customer queries effectively.
• Proficiency in Data Entry with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage Email Correspondence effectively, responding to customer queries and complaints promptly and in a detail-oriented manner.
• Experience in handling both Inbound and Outbound Calls is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is necessary for data management and reporting.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word for creating and editing customer correspondence and documents.
• Experience in Order Entry, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
