Aerotek Install Field Technician - Full Benefits- Per Diem. in Apple Valley, Minnesota
Job Title: Install Field Technician- 1st shift (Per-diem)- Home every weekend.
Job Description
Join our team as an Install Technician, where you will engage in the fabrication, building, and installation of greenhouses across multiple states.
The role begins with fabricating materials in our Lakeville, MN shop. You will have the opportunity for both local work and travel, covering areas such as MN, WI, IA, ND, SD, and NB.
Expect to travel up to 50% of the time with compensated drive time and additional pay for onsite work, along with a daily per diem.
While we strive to have you home every weekend, flexibility is required as this may not always be possible.
EVP:
1st shift 7:30am – 4pm Mon – Fri
MIG welding on aluminum to build frames for greenhouses.
35-50% traveling – will stay around the Midwest for the most part.
$35 per diem/day – might be more depending on city.
$4 extra/hr. when working on jobsite. – Might be more if you are working a Union job.
Paid window time and paid more while on the road. – half of what they make an hour.
On the road for 3-5 days at a time. You will be home most weekends.
