What you’ll do:
Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols
Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures
Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system
Responsible for the complete materials flow: receiving, put away, feeding the lines (picking/kanban, finished goods, confirmation, shipping
Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts inspecting equipment
Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions
Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results
Monitors the daily KPIs; analyzes and implements corrective actions
Supports the automation process and coordinating the annual inventory
Warehouse staff activities of recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Implement cost reduction principle in all aspects of warehouse transactions and activities
Responsible for the execution, direction, and coordination of all transportation matters
Responsible for all logistics operations and support across all distribution channels
Audits the daily labor and billing reports
Qualifications:
University degree in Economics or Technical Sciences
3-5 years relevant experience in warehouse management activities
Skills:
Good command of English language - both spoken and written
Leadership and negotiation skills
Practical and self-driven
Excellent knowledge of SAP - Materials Management Modules
