Job Description
Seeking a skilled Welder to join our team, focusing on welding large parts and frames for railroad equipment. Responsibilities include repair, removal, or re-finishing using MIG Weld techniques for 3/8” structural welds on carbon steel in both horizontal and vertical positions. Additional tasks involve torch cutting, plasma cutting, and grinding.

Job Type
This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 4 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Arcola, Illinois.
Work Environment
Compensation ranges from $18-25/hr, potentially higher with supervisory experience. This role operates within a team-oriented and friendly environment. Working hours are 6am-4:30pm from Monday to Thursday, 6am-2:30pm on Friday, with two Saturdays a month (5am-11am or 7am-1pm depending on lead coverage).
