Responsibilities Performs budget administration and analysis by analyzing trends and developments in budget planning, programming and execution concerning appropriations, funding priorities and workload management which supports overall program operations. Researches, compiles, and summarizes data concerning object class and line-item information needed for the formulation of budget estimates in accordance with Field Manual 1-06, Financial Management Operations. Analyzes and projects internal and external current year and out-years requirements based on established or projected requirements. Manages the reimbursable program serving diverse customers. Initiates and monitors the Military Interdepartmental Purchase Request (MIPR). Specialized Experience: In order to qualify for this position your resume must describe one year of specialized experience equivalent to the NH-02 (GS-11 or equivalent) grade level in the Federal service which includes: 1) Executing financial transactions and running reports in General Fund Enterprise Business Systems (GFEBS); 2) Analyzing reports to identify errors and develop detailed program or financial plans; 3) Providing input on an organization's operating budget, financed/unfinanced requirements, mid-year review, execution review, or year-end closeout; AND 4) Participating in all budget phases to include formulation, justification, presentation, and execution for an organization. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service NH-2/GS-11.
