Aston Carter Scheduling Coordinator in Arlington, Texas

Description

The scheduling coordinator is responsible for calling customers to set up deliveries, pickups & relocations. They will also be updating the delivery system with scheduled date, notes, and reconciling routes.

  • Maintaining and updating schedules, calendars, and agendas

  • Verifying the availability of inhouse and external participants for planned meetings

  • Sending out reminders of scheduled meetings

  • Monitoring the progress of company projects

Skills:

Schedule appointments, Dispatch, Customer service, Data entry

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent education is required.

  • One year of customer service experience is required.

  • Proficiency in MS Office is required with experience in MS Excel

  • Must have adequate reading, math skill, and ability to write legibly

  • Strong customer presentation and communication skills

  • Database and spreadsheet skills are required
