Position Title: Program Manager III

Location: Arlington, Virginia

Position Responsibilities:

Lead a cross-functional team that consist of Research Science, tech, product, operation, and finance teams to manage existing forecasting programs, explore and launch new program initiatives. Identify opportunities to improve accuracy of existing Machine Learning forecasting models. Analyze and present data-driven recommendations for strategic decision-making at SVP level. Own end-to-end program management and long-term roadmap for existing and new programs. Solve problems, conduct root cause analysis, and communicate analysis insights. Prioritize program improvement projects based on business priorities and tech resources. Evaluate business entitlements and expected benefits for proposed initiatives. Develop strategic relationships with business partners and influence decision-making.

40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range $115,600/year to $160,000/ year.

Basic Qualifications

Position Requirements:

Master’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field and one year of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field and five years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation as equivalent to the Master’s degree and one year of experience. Must have one year of experience in the following skill(s): using data and metrics to drive improvements; owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership; advanced proficiency in Excel and visualization techniques, including Excel pivots, lookups, and aggregations; intermediate proficiency in SQL; basic understanding of Machine Learning and analytics concepts; Time-series forecasting models; and Evaluation metrics, including MAPE, R-squared, and MAE. Partial telecommuting permitted; employees will be required to report to office multiple days per week. #0000
