As an Accounting Manager your Responsibilities will include but aren't limited too:
• Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes
• Manage and perform the processing of customer credit applications and maintain accurate customer credit records
• Utilize accounting software systems such as Great Plains (GPAC) and ADP - Financial Services for various accounting functions
• Implement and monitor ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and ERP Solutions for efficient business operations
• Conduct auditing of financial information and practices to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations
• Oversee and manage billing functions, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing
• Monitor customer credit accounts and take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments
• Resolve customer credit inquiries in a timely and courteous manner
• Contribute to the development of financial strategic plans and objectives.
Requirements
The Ideal Accounting Manager will have:
• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field required,
• Ability to perform Accounting Functions
• Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP)
• Experience in managing Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Auditing skills
• Proficiency in Billing Functions
• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services
• Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
• Knowledge of ERP Solutions
• Competency in Great Plains (GPAC)
