Job Description Lead Cook prepares meals to standard using recipes and menu selection You are required to have advanced culinary skills, in any section of a kitchen operation. Previous cook in hotel or restaurant required

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare dishes at an advanced level, in line with company recipes, menus and procedures; taste dishes as per the various menus onboard and make taste adjustments to dishes, when applicable. Prepare food items as per recipes and instructions received from the Chef and Sonesta standards. Must follow serv safe standards
