So, what's the role all about?

As a Director of Project Managers, you will Serve as the single point of leadership across multiple delivery programs and own end-to-end accountability for project and program delivery across all of America's accounts by driving engagements/programs to successful completion across both on-premise, cloud, and hybrid models.

How will you make an impact? Oversee Project Managers and Program Managers and provide leadership and guidance on delivery excellence. Engage with client leadership to ensure proper expectation settings and escalation management. Align project delivery vision and execution plans thereof with the Professional Services and company vision. Strategically set up processes and protocols to maximize business KPIs with the goal of exceeding quarterly and annual targets. Drive daily operations within the project and program management teams at a tactical level to execute against that strategy. Set the charter for optimizing project and program quality, capacity aspects, and morale by keeping broader business KPIs for delivery in context. Manage customer expectations and maintain constant contact with the customer base at several levels to solicit feedback, resolve issues, and ultimately achieve customer satisfaction through proactive communications. Be the point of liaison with other client-facing and internal groups within company to progress the delivery book of business on a daily basis Foster positive client relationships to help identify new business opportunities within the Financial Crime and Compliance space Develop customer relationships with executives and senior leadership

Have you got what it takes? Bachelor's degree minimum Preferred certifications: PMP, CSM, Scaled Agile Proven track record of enterprise leadership and growing business, preferably within financial serviced domain Proven track record of identifying new business, either on contract or as a new opportunity, and leading capture on this work Proven track record of leading enterprise-scale, complex technology projects successfully Previous people leadership and management skills, including direct experience leading, managing, and mentoring teams of project and program managers Successful track record of delivering programs on scope, on time, on budget, on quality and on benefit Demonstrated ability to manage the details of programs / projects in order to drive them to fruition Excellent communication, collaboration, team building and relationship management skills Ability to communicate to business partners, senior executives, and strategic partners Capable of gaining support for initiatives through influence and use of business rationale Proven ability to make and implement tough decisions

You will have an advantage if you also have: Experience/knowledge of Actimize solutions.
