The Foundation Project Coordinator is a critical role to the Inspire Brands Foundation in helping to support the philanthropic efforts of Inspire Brands and its portfolio of companies. This position is responsible for managing projects related to day-to-day operations of Inspire Brands Foundation. This includes, but is not limited to, Foundation logistics, event logistics, technology development, systems improvements, and mass communications. Through establishing influence and developing key relationships, this person will guide the Foundation to achieve its organizational goals. A successful candidate for this position will have project management experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage Foundation project management software

• Organize and guide foundation projects (fundraising campaigns, franchisee relations, and corporate supplier program)

• Oversee annual Foundation master calendar

• Determine timeline and implementation plan for projects

• Provide ongoing reporting on Foundation projects to all related parties

• Coordinate work between IBF teams

• Manage and execute Foundation event coordination (supplier program)

• Manage relationship with Support Center facilities team

• Manage and work with outside vendors (when necessary)

• Work with IB Meetings and Events team to execute events

Miscellaneous

• Assist with team administrative activities

• Assist with brand activations

• Assist with support center volunteer events

• Perform other duties assigned by Foundation Leadership
