Job Description Summary

The Manager, Clinic/Center Administration plans and directs the work of professional and support personnel who provide outpatient care to patients in a home setting. The Manager, Clinic/Center Administration works within specific guidelines and procedures; applies advanced technical knowledge to solve moderately complex problems; receives assignments in the form of objectives and determines approach, resources, schedules, and goals.

Work Site : On-site in Atlanta, GA at our Riverwood center location

*This position is considered office-based and will sit on-site at our Atlanta, GA Riverwood center location. This position will require occasional driving to our Savannah and Columbus center locations.

This is not a remote or work-from-home position.

The Manager, Clinic/Center Administration helps develop and leads implementation for staffing plans, policies and procedures for the practice and works closely with clinicians to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Decisions are typically related to resources, approach, and tactical operations for projects and initiatives involving own departmental area. Requires cross departmental collaboration, clinic logistics, territory management, and conducts briefings and area meetings; maintains frequent contact with other managers across the department/territory.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.

  • 6 or more years of technical experience.

  • 2 or more years of management experience.

  • Current state driver's license and proof of auto insurance.

  • This role is considered patient facing and is part of Humana/Senior Bridge's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB.

  • Direct leadership experience and demonstrated ability to lead, coach and mentor teams.

  • Proven interpersonal skills with the ability to interface effectively both internally and externally with a wide range of people including physicians, support staff, corporate executives, medical groups, IPA's, community organizations and other health plan staff.

  • Knowledge of and experience working with Physician relations, clinical operations management, fiscal management, staff development, and time/scheduling management.

  • Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMRs) or Health Information Management (HIMs) systems.

  • Knowledge of Excel, Word and Power Point Presentations in a business setting.

  • A high level of engagement and emotional intelligence.

  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Medicare knowledge.

  • Managed Care and Primary Care experience.

  • Value Based Care knowledge.

  • Proven ability to function effectively in matrix management environment and as a member of an interdisciplinary team.

  • Solid understanding of medical care delivery, managed care financial arrangements and reimbursement.

  • Experience managing a budget of $500K Scheduled Weekly Hours

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$69,800 - $96,200 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
