Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Conduct competitive research and analysis, including gathering and analyzing competitor proposals and contracts

Conduct client research and analysis, including client initiatives, budgets, and relationship mapping

Monitor federal agency sites for new regulations, initiatives, and directives

Conduct research on industry thought leadership

Other research as needed

Sales Team Support

Enter and update sales team data in the pipeline system and generate executive dashboard reports

Support proposal development activities, including but not limited to:

· Support development of proposal outlines

· Develop basic proposal template from outline

· Building proposals from content library and automation tools

· Communicate with bid partners, including sending bid packages and managing partner responses (resumes, section content, pricing sheets, forms, etc)

· Manage required forms and corporate attachments

· Creating proposal compliance matrix (from template) and conducting compliance review as directed

· Support capture activities, including monitorin RFx sites, gathering press and insights related to pipeline contracts, and sending external communications

· Update sales PPT decks as directed

· Submit FOIA requests

· Other sales team support activities as needed

  • Demonstrated expertise in MS Office products, particularly SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.

Qualifications

  • BS or BA degree required

  • 5+ years of related experience

  • Experience in public sector sales enablement or business / data analysis

  • Must have thorough understanding of business development lifecycle, including RFPs and proposals

  • Exceptional critical thinking and analytical skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong self-initiative and ability to work independently

  • Strong interpersonal skills

Compensation

Compensation for roles at Public Consulting Group varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, PCG provides the following reasonable range of compensation for this role: $60,000 - $85,000. In addition, PCG provides a range of benefits for this role. .
