Job Summary

The Salesforce Product Owner will work hand in hand with stakeholders, partners, CRM team, and IT to lead the development and delivery of high-quality products that meet both user needs and business objectives in pursuit of the company's vision. The Product Owner will develop and clearly communicate the product goal, backlog items, and order the backlog to maximize business value, as well as manage and execute enterprise digital roadmap to bring new experiences and features that increase customer satisfaction, user experience and revenue growth. This role will balance business value and process against technical feasibility by translating business requirements into technical solutions and work with stakeholders to prioritize feature updates.

Job Responsibilities

Execution of the enterprise digital products roadmap, serve as the conduit between the business, CRM development team, and IT for product development for large projects and/or workstreams through Agile methodology. Spearheads the development of a product from discovery phase to release to the users, optimizing it at every release. Provide regular reporting and executive leadership updates including product scope, schedule, and planning. Works with stakeholders to prioritizes sprint backlog for the product portfolio across the enterprise. Leads the gathering of business requirements to write user stories that align to the features and ensure the sprint backlog stays full and is prioritized. Leads the development of user stories from prioritized features, identify acceptance criteria for user stories, approve each user story during the sprint, ensure that user stories meet the acceptance criteria and are updated in the system. Collaborates with project teams and with management to resolve issues. Identifies and manages project dependencies and critical path activities. Owns all escalated issues, risks, challenges and proactively works to resolve. Works with other digital and IT teams on joint roadmaps. Working alongside senior leadership, creates a multi-year vision and yearly roadmap based on customer feedback, corporate strategy, and data. Provides thought leadership, input, and guidance to executive leadership for the plan, roadmap, and vision by understanding the impact and business case of the product to the customer lifetime value. Consultant for defining the business processes for product portfolio roadmap objectives. Ensures that business processes are developed and defined for delivered features both current and future state. Works with change management, training, and delivery team to outline customer impact analysis and a plan to address. Works with leadership to develop product KPI's to measure and drive adoption, satisfaction, and revenue growth. Stay up to date on Salesforce product updates and quarterly releases in order to optimize value offering by leveraging out of the box capabilities against the product roadmap.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, technology, engineering, or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience 5 years of Salesforce experience in Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, CRMA, and Service Cloud Salesforce admin certified 5 years of experience in Product Owner, Business Analyst, IT, or related experience 5 years of agile and software life cycle development Strong customer orientation skills, ability to prioritize customer needs, communicate effectively, and strive to deliver excellent service, fostering lasting client relationships Skil ed at managing large, complex, and/or multiple projects with tight deadlines, interdependencies, and drive alignment and execution across groups in a face paced environment Ability to identify opportunity, plan and drive a product portfolio and manage sprint backlog across projects and business units Highly skilled at identifying risks and issues and manage corrective actions 2 years manufacturing experience
