Honeywell Senior Finance Manager – M&A Integration in Atlanta, Georgia

The Senior Finance Manager plays a critical role in supporting financial Integration for the newly acquired Global Access Solutions business under Building Automation. Role will play a pivotal role in managing the financial aspects of acquisition integration, ensuring seamless transition and optimizing financial performance. You will collaborate with various teams to conduct financial analysis, manage budgets, and drive post-close integration effort.

This role is an integral part of the Building Automation Integration team and collaborates closely with senior management, providing data-driven recommendations related to operations, finances, and overall business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Support processes and systems integration of the Global Access Solutions into Building Automation

• Track acquisition value and finance performance and ensure it aligns with business case

• Lead financial analysis and managing Integration costs.

• Manage Transition Service Agreement (TSA) cost and review and coordinate with functions to ensure correct billing, accruals. Ensure costs are aligned with TSA agreements.

• Lead financial modeling of Synergies ideation and actuals tracking. Support integration execution plans to achieve financial synergies and operational efficiencies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess risks and opportunities associated with the acquisition.

• Manage budgets and financial forecasts throughout the integration process, manage input into M&A value tracking tools ensure accuracy of functional team inputs.

• Manage Master Data request process ensuring alignment with organization hierarchies in HR and Finance tools.

• Ensure compliance with internal policies during integration processes.

• Partner with Integration Functional leadership and Business BAP

• Identify improvement areas and implement process improvements

You Must Have

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration

• 8+ years of Financial Experience
